We did not know if we would get enough interest to fill a two full day commercial training class for a maximum capacity of 58 at the Bay East Association. It is difficult for real estate brokers/agents to take two full days away from their real estate business to attend classes. But, many did and many more were turned away. We sold out to capacity with over 30 registered on a waiting list. The two full days were very important for the attendees to grasp the full scope of the commercial training program, which is a series of 30+ classes. These first 6 classes (CCA Intro, CCA 102, CCA 103, CCA 104, CCA 105A, and CCA 105B) are the core basic building blocks for anyone who wants to expand their business plan to include commercial real estate.
